Up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm (80 × 80 × 100 cm) in a single piece on the ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga in our London workshop. That is a print up to one metre tall with a footprint of 80 × 80 cm, produced as one part with no glue lines or joints.

Most desktop 3D printers max out around 220 to 256 mm per side. Large format services extend this significantly, and our 800 × 800 × 1000 mm single-piece capacity is among the largest available from a UK 3D printing service.

The same working day, including weekends. Upload your STL, STEP or 3MF with your requirements and we reply by email with a price and lead time. Quotes are free.

Export STL, STEP or 3MF in millimetres, keep the file under 100 MB, and make sure the mesh is manifold (watertight, with no holes, gaps or flipped faces). Most CAD packages and tools like Meshmixer or Blender can check and repair this. We review every file before printing and flag any problems in the quote.

PLA and PETG as standard, TPU on request. PLA is good for display pieces, props and models. PETG is tougher, handles heat better and suits functional parts and outdoor use. TPU is flexible.

Most standard filament colours, including white, black, grey and orange. Tell us the colour you need in your request and we confirm availability in the quote.

Yes. We print test fixtures, display and demonstration models, robotics parts and full-scale research prototypes, and we can work with university purchasing processes. Email hassan@elo.inc with your requirements.

Yes. A full-scale prototype in PLA or PETG costs a small fraction of tooling, arrives in days rather than weeks, and can be iterated as often as you need. We regularly quote enclosures, housings, product mock-ups and exhibition pieces.

Yes. Props, cosplay armour and helmets, terrain, furniture-scale pieces and art can be printed as one part instead of gluing dozens of desktop-printer sections. Less finishing work, and a stronger, cleaner result.

We deliver tracked anywhere in the UK, or you can collect from our London workshop. Tell us your delivery preference in the quote request, along with any packing requirements for fragile parts, and both are included in your quote. Large and delicate prints are padded and boxed for transit.

Yes. Objects taller or wider than the build volume are split into sections, printed, and joined with hidden seams so the finished piece still reads as one print.
